The Marathon Wrist Compass features the same case and strap as the Marathon General Purpose series, but features a compass instead of a timekeeping device.

The Marathon Wrist Compass has a black dial with luminescent MaraGlo paint for the direction markers and the sight line (for aligning the compass with north). MaraGlo paint requires an external light source to charge (sun), and will continue to glow for 8 hours after being charged.

The Wrist Compass is also water resistant to 3 ATM - 30 meters (100 feet) to provide extra usability in many extreme situations. The case of the wrist compass is made from a high impact fibreshell resin which provides protection against any liquid or pressure changes.

The Marathon wrist compass also includes a nylon Defense Standard (DEFSTAN) strap made to MIL-PRF-46374G standards and can be attached to any other watch that has 16 millimeter lug widths.
